What is the address of the EQUITANA OPEN AIR site?

The visitors’ entrance is accessible from Hammer Landstraße. It is not, however, possible to drive onto the site in a motorized vehicle from this entrance.
What are the opening hours of EQUITANA Open Air?

Where is the visitors’ entrance?
The visitors’ entrance is accessible via Hammer Landstraße, close to the main racecourse building.
How can I reach EQUITANA Open Air via public transport?
Please use the timetable information of VRR.
Is my EQUITANA Open Air ticket also valid for public transport?
Unfortunately not, you will have to buy a separate ticket for public transport.

What does my ticket include?
It gives you access to EQUITANA OPEN AIR, including the retail village and all the riding arenas on site, on your chosen day.
Who is eligible for concessions?
• The disabled / wheelchair-users
You are eligible for a concessionary ticket if you have a degree of disability of 80% or more. If you require an escort, that person is entitled to free entry. Please note, however, that the site area is uneven and pathways not paved. Surfaces can be made up of sand, grass or wood chippings and may be unpassable for wheelchairs in the event of bad weather.
Children aged from 6 to 15 inclusive are entitled to a concessionary ticket. Children under the age of 6 are eligible for free entry.
• FN Private Members (PMs)
PMs are eligible for a reduced entry on Thursday, 11th June 2020, while regular ticket prices apply on the other days of the event. Tickets can be ordered from our online booking office ahead of the event by specifying your member's number, or you can obtain a ticket on site from the press office on presentation of your membership card.
Can I exchange or return my EQUITANA ticket?
Unfortunately it is not possible to return or exchange tickets that have already been purchased.
I have lost/discarded my ticket by mistake – is it possible to obtain a replacement?
In this event, please contact the after-sales service team of our ticket supplier, Ticketmaster, by calling +49 (0) 30 - 40 818 824 (local rates apply). Lines are open from 8am to 10pm from Monday - Friday and from 9am to 8pm at the weekend and on public holidays. Other ways of contacting Ticketmaster’s after-sales service team are listed at www.ticketmaster.de.
Can I buy EQUITANA gift vouchers as a present?
No, EQUITANA does not sell official gift vouchers. However, it is possible to purchase gift vouchers from our ticketing company, Ticketmaster, for Ticketmaster events (including EQUITANA Open Air). It is also possible to order vouchers in the form of gift cards. Please refer to the Gift Card section of www.ticketmaster.de for further details.
I have a voucher for an entry ticket – what do I have to do?
Please fill out the entry ticket voucher and exchange it for an entry ticket at the press office on site (located in the main racecourse building).
What can I see at EQUITANA Open Air?

will be presenting a rich and varied programme in a total of 6 rings at EQUITANA Open Air including:

When will the schedule and information relating to the event be available online?
Details regarding the EQUITANA programme for the main show arena and activity ring and also our partner associations’ timetable will be available online and updated continuously as from March 2020.
Will there be an evening event at EQUITANA Open Air?
Yes, EQUITANA Open Air at Night is held in the main show arena as from 7:30 pm on Saturday evening. Entry to the event is free.
How can I find my way about?
Our retail village is located right next to the visitors’ entrance. The main EQUITANA show arena, activity ring and the rings used by our partner associations are also quick and easy to reach. You can find a plan of the site to download here. A list of exhibitors will also be available here from early 2020 onwards. The list of exhibitors will also be updated continuously.
What refreshments are available at EQUITANA Open Air?
Don’t worry, your creature comforts will be well catered for on site with a colourful mix of different types of meals and snacks available.
Are you allowed to bring dogs or other pets to EQUITANA Open Air?
For safety reasons, all dogs must be kept on a lead at all times when on the exhibition site. Owners should also carry a vaccination pass for their pet. If a dog has to wear a muzzle, then it too must be worn at all times. The organizer reserves the right to exclude any dogs not on a lead and their owners from the event at any time. As organizer, we would strongly recommend you do not bring dogs to the event due to the large number of visitors on-site.
Are there any childcare facilities?
Unfortunately, we have no childcare facilities available.
Is smoking allowed on site?
Smoking is generally allowed on site, but expressly forbidden in any of the pagoda tents.
May I take photos or make videos at EQUITANA?
It is permitted to take photos and film videos at EQUITANA OPEN AIR for private and non-commercial use. Taking photos or filming videos for commercial purposes (i.e. including the resale of photos or videos in either paper or digital form) is restricted and requires an explicit licence issued by the organizer.
